Andy Rampersad B.S., M.S., L.Ac
Licensed Acupuncturist
Andy graduated from New York College of Traditional Chinese Medicine with a Masters in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine.
In 2006 Andy Graduated from Stony Brook University with a bachelor’s in health science with a concentration in Anesthesia Technology. While attending Stony Brook University he volunteered as an EMT at Brentwood Legion Ambulance from 2002 to 2006. From there he went on to work at Northshore University Hospital as an Anesthesia Technologist until 2017. In 2015 he began working at the St. Francis Open Heart Surgery Program at Good Samaritan Hospital as a Cardiothoracic Technician.
His various healthcare experiences over the past 20 years allowed Andy to encounter health from many angles. This solidified his passion to help improve the wellbeing of individuals through traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, and Herbal Medicine.

Saul Alvarez
Licensed Acupuncturist and Massage Therapist
Saul is a NY State Licensed Acupuncturist and Massage Therapist. He received his Master of Health Sciences/Acupuncture Degree from the NY College of Health Professionals. Saul has a specialty of focusing on pain management, orthopedic acupuncture, medical massage, and sports injuries.
Saul’s goal is to help people feel and move better by using a variety of techniques such as; acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, massage, trigger point therapy, soft tissue techniques and more.
Being fascinated by Trigger Points, he continually studies pain that moves from one area to another and has helped patients recover from these “traveling” pains.
When he’s not investigating patients pain, he’s reading books, working on home projects and spending time with his family.

Robert Nizza L.Ac
Acupuncturist and Reiki Practitioner
Robert “Bob” Nizza, attended Acupuncture School in the UK, in Royal Leamington Spa, England, at The College of Traditional Chinese Acupuncture studying under Professor J.R. Worsley. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Acupuncture in May, 1990. After returning to the United States, Bob received his NCCAOM Board Certification. In 2001 Bob earned a masters of Acupuncture degree from the Academy of Five Element Acupuncture in Hallandale, Florida. In addition to his 30 plus years in Acupuncture, Bob is also a master practitioner of (energy work) which he frequently incorporates into his treatments.

Irma Callahan, LMT, BPS, M.S., L. Ac
Licensed Massage Therapist and Licensed Acupuncturist
Irma graduated from the New York College of Health Professions with degrees in Bachelors in Massage Therapy, Masters in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. After graduation she worked at the college as Director of the Massage Therapy Clinic as well as being a professor of Massage Therapy. During her years at the New York College Irma also taught the Physical Arts of Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Yoga as well as offering continuing education courses and certifications in Massage Therapy in specialties such as Infant Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Hot Stone Massage and Hospital-based Massage Therapy.
Irma’s focus is on providing her patients with individualized and comprehensive care. In addition, she has a strong focus on prevention and guides her patients in the maintenance of good health despite the many demands and challenges of a busy lifestyle. More than just treating pain and diseases, Irma promotes preventative health, wellness, and patient empowerment. She is wholeheartedly committed to helping people feel their best and thoroughly enjoys her work.

Kate Finnick , N.D., M.S.
Reiki Master
Kate Finnick has a Doctor of Naturopathy and Master of Science in Clinical Counseling. She is a Certified Reiki Master and is trained in the use of essential oils for health and well-being.
Kate began her practice as a mental health therapist; however, she soon realized that when we pay attention to creating balance in ourselves (body, mind and soul), we are able to experience our lives fully and thrive instead of merely surviving day-to-day. She returned to school to study natural health and since 2005 has made the focus of her practice helping individuals live their best lives in natural wellness. Offering services in Reiki, essential oils and assisting in developing personalized wellness plans, Kate assists her clients in experiencing improvements in many aspects of their lives including increased relaxation, stronger immune systems, pain reduction, better clarity and focus/concentration and emotional grounding. She has presented seminars locally for the general public and has provided trainings for professionals in the medical and education fields.
Kate has witnessed with herself, her family and her clients, the benefits of Reiki and natural health. She is dedicated to empowering others to live their best lives…naturally!

Jacqueline Morrison

Ms. Morrison became certified in 1999 at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in the Berkshires of Massachusetts. She has studied under internationally known Yogi Amrit Desai in Salt Springs Florida at the Amrit Yoga Institute for the past decade. She is well established in the traditional lineage of Yoga dating back to centuries of yogic practice and philosophy of such venerable masters as Swami Sri Kripalvanandji or Babu-ji and Pandurang Vaijnath Shastri Athavale or Dada-ji as they are commonly known as in the Yoga world.

Nick is an ISSA Certified Fitness Professional that has been in the industry for 20 years. Fitness has always been his passion, and he enjoys sharing that passion with others so they can reach their fitness and lifestyle goals. He truly believes in the complete balance of mind and body in order to achieve these realizations. Nick practices the “not one size fits all” approach in his training technique, style and philosophy. This is what makes him unique. He has a broad spectrum of specializations including one-on-one training, stretching, nutritional guidance, and the overall well-being of the individual.

Ciara Shea
J.D., NTP
Ciara is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner certified through the Nutritional Therapy Association.
She is the founder of ORA Nutrition & Wellness where she provides a holistic, individualized approach to health. At ORA, Ciara addresses the root causes of poor health and corrects nutritional imbalances to achieve optimal wellness. Previously, Ciara earned her Juris Doctor from McGeorge School of Law located in Sacramento, California.
After her mother was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer and tragically passed away, Ciara found power in knowing that food itself is medicine. She made it her mission to empower and educate her clients to recognize that a whole-food, nutrient-dense diet provides the ultimate foundation leading to optimal health. Ciara currently practices on Long Island, NYC, and serves distant clients worldwide.

Carol Palmer, LMT, M.S., L.Ac, OM
Licensed Acupuncturist, Medical Massage Therapist, NAET Allergy Elimination Practitioner, Trigger Point Release Practitioner, Electro-Acupuncture Medicine
Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine for The New York College of Health Profession in the study of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. Carol also received her Diploma of Massage from the New York College. Carol is a NAET practitioner and certified in Trigger Point Release and Electro Acupuncture. Carol brings over 20 years of experience in the Healthcare field to her treatment; with quality and care.

April Anderson L.Ac, LMT
Licensed Acupuncturist, Licensed Massage Therapist
April started her holistic medicine journey when she attended and graduated from the massage therapy program at NY College of Wholistic Health and Research in 2001. She continued her education at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, CA. earning her Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine in 2006. While a student at PCOM, she volunteered in the acupuncture and massage therapy tent at the Standdown San Diego events. This annual, weekend long event offers resources and services to homeless and at-risk veterans. After graduation, she attended a study tour in Chengdu, China, at the Chengdu Traditional Chinese Medicine University Hospital. Upon moving back to Long Island, April practiced acupuncture and massage therapy while returning to school to earn a BA in Biology and BS in Environmental Science in 2012. She then taught in the public school system as a high school biology teacher in the 15:1:1 setting for nine years before returning to treating patients. April has a keen interest for treating musculoskeletal disorders, GI disorders, and stress management. When she is not studying or treating, April enjoys camping/hiking, dancing, and spending time with her family.

Anthony Cerabino, B.M., LMT, M.S., L.Ac
Licensed Acupuncturist, Medical Massage Therapist, NAET Practitioner, Nutritional Counselor
Anthony Cerabino, Anthony holds a Master of Science Degree in Acupuncture (Board Certified) and a Massage Therapy Diploma. He specializes in helping people with old musculoskeletal injuries through various soft-tissue healing techniques and stretching routines. He has had many success stories with joint inflammation, muscles spasms, frozen-joint syndromes and sport injuries. In addition, he focuses on migraines and systemic issues related to digestion, respiration and emotional imbalances. Anthony is also a certified NAET practitioner. (NAET) Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Techniques is a non-medication Acupressure or Acupuncture technique which reprograms the nervous system to overcome allergy symptoms.
Anthony believes that the best results are achieved by taking a wholistic approach to wellness combining Acupuncture/Acupressure and Massage Therapy with Essential Oils, Breathwork, Therapeutic Stretching, Vitamin/Mineral Supplementation and Eastern/Western Nutritional/Dietary advice. The most important asset that Anthony brings to the treatment room is his willingness to listen closely to a patient’s individual concerns.
